Witness Representation

"But they told me I’m just a witness. I don’t need a lawyer, right?"

Wrong.

If you have been subpoenaed to testify before a grand jury, in a criminal trial, or in any kind of criminal proceeding, it is incredibly important to consult with an attorney and protect your rights.  A lawyer can advise you about your own potential liability, help limit your exposure to criminal charges if it becomes necessary to assert your Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination, or work to get you immunity from prosecution.

We want to make sure that if you start out as a witness, you stay a witness.
