Minor in Possession (M.I.P.)

A Minor in Possession case can be major problem.

A MIP is not the end of the world, but it can give you trouble later.

An MIP charge could signal teenage irresponsibility, or a more serious chemical dependency problem. Future employers may not take the time to figure out which it was.

Many students in college want to avoid telling their parents about their ticket or arrest, so they go to court and plead guilty without understanding the consequences of doing so.  Before you make a decision that could affect your permanent record, call us. We can help counsel you about the best way to proceed in your case.
