How do I expunge a charge from my record - Call Us

When you call, please let the receptionist know that you are calling about cleaning your record. This helps avoid the confusion that sometimes arises when a potential client calls about an active case.

Please have the following information available so we can be of better help to you during our telephone conversation:

1) Your name
2) Your date of birth
3) Your social security number
4) Your current address and your previous address when you were arrested
5) Whether you had a probation officer or not
6) The cause number of the case [if you don’t have it, we can look it up]

We will also ask if you have ever hired or consulted with lawyers before so that we may tailor the answers to your questions accordingly.
