What Our Clients Say - Testimonials

License Suspension

Is my license suspended if I get arrested for DWI?

Your license will be suspended forty days from the date of your arrest unless you request an ALR hearing to contest this suspension. You must request this hearing within 15 days from your arrest. When hired in time, we request this hearing for you.

Your license can also be suspended for up to 365 days if you are convicted of a DWI-1st and up to two years for subsequent convictions.

What if I don’t request a hearing in time?

If you do not request a hearing, the suspension will go into effect 40 days from the date the notice was sent. A fee of $125 will be charged to reinstate the license after the suspension period expires.

What happens if my license is suspended?

If your license is suspended, you may be granted an occupational license which allows you to drive to places such as work, school, child care, and the grocery store.
